Personal Injury law is a core area of work for Henderson Chambers and it forms the backbone of the practice of a substantial number of barristers within Chambers, many of whom are recognised as leading practitioners by the directories in either personal injury law or in related areas of practice (such as health & safety and inquests). We deal with the full range of accident claims ranging from low value road traffic accidents to the most serious catastrophic injury and fatal accident claims, as well as utilising our expertise in significant group actions, such as the Nuclear Test Veterans litigation.

Barristers within the group are regularly instructed in both domestic and international injury claims and, whilst our primary specialism remains as court advocates, we are equally comfortable in providing expert advice and representation at mediations and joint settlement meetings. We have also developed further discrete areas of specialism within personal injury law including limitation, sporting injuries and fraudulent claims.
